Adding and arranging blocks
- Open a linktree link and go to Buttons & blocks.
- Choose a type under + Add block…. The new block appears at the end of the list.
- Move buttons and blocks with the ↑ ↓ arrows — they share one list, so a block sits exactly where you put it between your buttons.
- Click Preview to see the list the way your page shows it, then save the link.
Up to 30 blocks per page (buttons do not count). At 30 the Add block menu switches off until you remove one.
On every plan
- Heading — a bold line to split the page into parts (“My channels”, “New this week”). Up to 80 characters.
- Text — a short paragraph: who you are, what is on offer, why to tap a button.
**bold**and*italic*work; links and HTML do not. Up to 600 characters. - Social icons — a compact row of round icons for Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Telegram, OnlyFans, Fanvue, Fansly, Spotify, Snapchat, Threads, Reddit, Twitch, a website or an e-mail address. Keeps your big buttons for what earns money. Each address must belong to the platform you picked. Up to 12 icons per row.
- Divider / spacer — a thin line or empty space, small, medium or large, to separate free content from paid platforms.
From Starter up
- Countdown — days, hours, minutes and seconds to a moment in the time zone you choose: drops, livestreams, a sale that ends. When it runs out it disappears or shows your text (“Out now!”).
- Image — one of your own uploads (a creator photo or image background from the Creators tab) in full width, with a description for screen readers. Images from other websites are not accepted, so an image can never be someone else's tracking pixel.
- Video / music — a YouTube video or Short, or a Spotify track, album, playlist, podcast or artist, playable on your page. Nothing loads from YouTube or Spotify until the visitor taps the player.
- Form — collect e-mail addresses, wait-list sign-ups or requests, with a consent box. See Forms and quizzes.
- Quiz — a scored or personality quiz that can unlock a form at the end. Same guide.
On Free these five are shown with a 🔒 in the menu; choosing one opens the plan options. If you move down to Free later, blocks you already built stay in the editor, locked and unchanged, but your page stops showing them and forms stop taking entries. Upgrading again brings them back as they were. You can still remove them, and still edit everything else on the page.
Frequently asked questions
Do blocks change my click statistics?
No. Buttons are counted exactly as before. Social icons are counted under the platform name, and a quiz only counts how often each result is reached.
Why is the preview not playing the video?
The preview is deliberately inactive: nothing in it loads from YouTube or Spotify and forms cannot be sent from it. Open your page to try them.
Is the page text translated for my visitors?
No. What you type is shown as you wrote it. The few words we add, such as Tap to load or Privacy policy, are in English.
