2. Contact points under the Digital Services Act

Under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 we designate a single electronic point of contact.

Communication with the point of contact is by electronic means and is not exclusively automated — a person answers. As a provider established in the Union we require no legal representative under Article 13 DSA. The competent Digital Services Coordinator for us is the Bundesnetzagentur, Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn, Germany.

plugwith.me is a hosting service provider within the meaning of Article 6 DSA. As a micro-enterprise it is exempt under Article 19 DSA from the obligations in Section 3 of Chapter III; the obligations of Section 2, which apply to hosting providers of every size, are met in full — see plugwith.me/report.

4. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

5. Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law, in accordance with § 7(1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in that respect arises only from the point at which we obtain knowledge of a specific infringement. On becoming aware of such an infringement we remove the content without delay.

Content created or submitted by our customers does not reflect the provider's views. We do not review it before publication.

6. Liability for links

Our service contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for that third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking; no unlawful content was apparent at that time. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. On becoming aware of infringements we remove such links without delay.

This applies in particular to link-in-bio pages and deeplinks: at the request of our customers we pass on references to third-party pages they have designated. Verbraucherstreitbeilegung

Wir sind nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen (§ 36 VSBG).

Die Europäische Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung (OS-Plattform) wurde zum 20. Juli 2025 eingestellt; die Verordnung (EU) Nr. 524/2013 wurde durch die Verordnung (EU) 2024/3228 aufgehoben. Eine Verlinkungspflicht besteht daher nicht mehr. Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher in der EU können sich kostenfrei an das Europäische Verbraucherzentrum wenden.
