Forms and quizzes are part of the Starter plan and above.

Adding a form

  1. Open a linktree link and choose Add block → Form.
  2. Pick the fields: name, e-mail, phone, short or long text, a dropdown or a checkbox. Tick Required where you need an answer.
  3. Write the button text and what happens after sending — a thank-you message or a link that opens.
  4. Enter your consent text and a link to your privacy policy. Visitors have to tick the box before a form with personal fields can be sent.
  5. Choose how long entries are kept (30, 90, 180 or 365 days), then save the link.

Who is responsible for the entries

You decide what your form asks for and why, so you are the controller of what your visitors send — we store it for you. Your privacy policy has to say what you do with it; answer requests from the people who sent entries, and delete what you no longer need. Entries are deleted automatically when the period you chose for the form runs out, and with your account if you close it.

Seeing, exporting and deleting entries

The Forms tab lists every form and its entries. Export CSV downloads all entries of one form; the ✕ on a row deletes one entry, Delete all every entry of the form. Owners, managers and staff can do this; viewers only see the quiz counts. Removing a form from a page does not delete its entries — they stay listed as “(removed)” until they expire or you delete them.

Quizzes

Add block → Quiz builds either a scored quiz (mark the correct answers; each result shows from a minimum score) or a personality quiz (each answer counts towards one result; the result with the most answers wins, a tie goes to the one listed first). The quiz runs in the visitor's browser; we only count how often each result is reached, never the answers. To collect leads, pick a form under Then show: it stays hidden until the quiz is finished and stores the result title with the entry.
