Right of withdrawal
Statutory withdrawal instructions for consumers, plus the model withdrawal form. This page is part of the Terms of Service (section 9). German text follows the English text below.
In plain words. If you are a private individual buying a paid plan, you get 14 days to change your mind. But because the Service works the second you pay, we ask you at checkout to confirm that you want it to start right away and that you understand this ends the withdrawal right once we have fully performed. If you tick those boxes, the 14 days do not survive. Separately from the law, we also refund a first charge as a goodwill gesture — see section 5.
1. Who this applies to
You have a right of withdrawal if you are a consumer: a natural person entering into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB; Article 2(1) Directive 2011/83/EU). Creators and agencies who buy a plan for their business are not consumers and have no right of withdrawal (section 9.6 of the Terms).
It applies only to paid plans. The free plan costs nothing and can be deleted at any time in the dashboard.
2. Withdrawal instructions
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

— of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form in section 4 below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the supply of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been supplied until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
3. When the right ends early
The right of withdrawal expires before the 14 days are up in respect of a contract for the supply of services once we have fully performed the service, provided that performance began with your express prior consent and with your acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed by us (§ 356(4) BGB; Article 16(a) Directive 2011/83/EU).
How we collect that consent. On the Stripe checkout page, before you confirm payment, you are asked to agree to our Terms and to a separate statement that reads:
"I expressly request that plugwith.me begin providing the service immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed."
We record the fact and time of that confirmation together with the order. If you do not want to give it, do not complete the checkout — write to us instead and we will arrange a start date after the withdrawal period.
If you began using the Service during the withdrawal period without having given that acknowledgement, and you then withdraw, you owe a proportionate amount for the period actually supplied, calculated on the basis of the total price agreed.

You can also simply send an email containing the same information. There is no form requirement.
5. Our voluntary refund policy
Independently of the statutory right, and whether or not you are a consumer, we will refund a first paid month or a first paid year in full on request made within 14 days of the charge, provided you have not used the Service beyond trying it out. Email info@ponyagcy.com; we do not ask for a reason.
This is a goodwill policy. It does not extend, replace or limit the statutory right of withdrawal, and we may withdraw it for contracts concluded in the future. Renewals, upgrades and periods already used are outside it — but cancelling stops all future charges immediately (section 6.6 of the Terms).
6. Consumers in the United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you an equivalent 14-day cancellation right, subject to the same early-expiry rule for services you asked us to start immediately (regulation 36). The instructions and the form above apply to you in the same way; send your cancellation notice to the same address.

Die folgende Fassung richtet sich an Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher mit gewöhnlichem Aufenthalt in Deutschland und Österreich. Bei Abweichungen zwischen den Sprachfassungen gilt für diese gesetzliche Belehrung die deutsche Fassung.
Widerrufsrecht

Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.
Haben Sie verlangt, dass die Dienstleistung während der Widerrufsfrist beginnen soll, so haben Sie uns einen angemessenen Betrag zu zahlen, der dem Anteil der bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem Sie uns von der Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts hinsichtlich dieses Vertrags unterrichten, bereits erbrachten Dienstleistungen im Vergleich zum Gesamtumfang der im Vertrag vorgesehenen Dienstleistungen entspricht.
Vorzeitiges Erlöschen des Widerrufsrechts
Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt bei einem Vertrag über die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen vorzeitig, wenn wir die Dienstleistung vollständig erbracht haben und mit der Ausführung erst begonnen haben, nachdem Sie dazu Ihre ausdrückliche Zustimmung gegeben und gleichzeitig Ihre Kenntnis davon bestätigt haben, dass Sie Ihr Widerrufsrecht bei vollständiger Vertragserfüllung durch uns verlieren (§ 356 Abs. 4 BGB). Diese Zustimmung und Kenntnisbestätigung holen wir im Bestellvorgang gesondert ein.
