Report illegal content

This is our notice-and-action mechanism under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). Anyone can use it — you do not need an account and you do not need to be personally affected. It also handles copyright notices and non-consensual intimate imagery.

Version 1.0 Effective 31 July 2026 Reports accepted in English and German

Danger to life, or a child at risk? Contact the police first — in the EU, 112. Then report here so we can remove the content and preserve evidence. Reports involving child sexual abuse material are actioned immediately and referred to the competent authorities.

1. What we can act on

We host the pages at plugwith.me/<slug> and can remove or disable them. We do not host the destinations those pages point to. If the problem is at the destination — an OnlyFans profile, a Telegram channel, a shop — report it to whoever hosts that, and to us as well: we will disable the link that leads there.

Report anything that is illegal under EU or German law or under the law of your own EU member state, including:

  • child sexual abuse material or any sexualised depiction of a minor;
  • intimate images shared without consent, including sexual deepfakes of a real person;
  • copyright, trademark or design infringement;
  • defamation, doxxing, threats or harassment;
  • fraud, phishing, malware or fake shops;
  • terrorist content, incitement to hatred, or other criminal content;
  • impersonation of you, your brand or your organisation.

Conduct that is not illegal but breaks our own rules — spam, cloaking, adult media shown on our page rather than at the destination — is covered by the Acceptable Use Policy. Report it the same way; we act on it under the contract rather than under the DSA.

2. What a valid notice must contain

Article 16(2) DSA sets out what a notice needs before it can put us on notice of illegality. Please include all of it — the form below asks for each item in order:

  1. a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is illegal;
  2. the exact URL — https://plugwith.me/<slug> — and, where relevant, which element on the page (which button, which image);
  3. your name and email address, unless the notice concerns an offence under Articles 3–7 of Directive 2011/93/EU (child sexual abuse), where you may report anonymously;
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.

A notice containing items 1 to 4 is treated as giving us actual knowledge of the content, so please be precise. Notices that are manifestly unfounded and are submitted repeatedly may be suspended under Article 23(2) DSA after a warning.

3. What happens after you submit

  • Confirmation. We confirm receipt to your email address without undue delay (Article 16(4) DSA).
  • Review. A human reviews every notice. We do not use automated means to decide notices; automated checks are only used to prioritise them. We tell you in our decision whether any automated means were used (Article 16(6) DSA).
  • Timing. Our target is 48 hours for a first assessment and 7 days for a decision. Manifestly illegal content — in particular material under Article 2.1 or 2.2 of the AUP — is disabled expeditiously on sight, typically within hours.
  • Decision. We tell you what we decided and why, and inform you of the available redress. We also send the affected customer a statement of reasons under Article 17 DSA, which includes the fact that a notice was submitted (but not your identity, unless we are legally required to disclose it).
  • Serious crime. Where we suspect a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person, we inform the competent law-enforcement or judicial authority (Article 18 DSA).

4. Submit a notice

Fill in the form. It composes a complete, correctly structured notice and opens it in your email program addressed to our notice address. Nothing is sent from this page and nothing is stored in your browser. If your device has no mail program set up, use Copy notice and paste the text into an email to info@ponyagcy.com.

5. Copyright — DMCA and EU notices

Use the form above and select "Copyright infringement". A complete notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) also requires a physical or electronic signature — typing your full name in the notice satisfies this — and identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. Our designated agent for copyright notices is:

Copyright Agent — plugwith.me
Eray Yilmaz
Wuhlestraße 7a, 12683 Berlin, Germany
Email: info@ponyagcy.com (subject: "DMCA notice")
Phone: +49 156 79 729 585

Counter-notice. If we disabled your link and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with: the URL that was disabled, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of your district (or, if outside the United States, of Berlin, Germany). We will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the link after 10 to 14 business days unless they notify us that they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers. We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who are repeat infringers.

6. Non-consensual intimate imagery — fast track

If a link on plugwith.me leads to intimate images of you that were published without your consent, we disable it on your say-so. You do not have to prove that you own the copyright and you do not have to send us the images. Select the "Non-consensual intimate imagery" type above, give us the URL, and state that you are the person depicted and did not consent. We aim to act within a few hours. You can also ask us to block the destination URL from being re-added by any account on the platform.

7. Orders from authorities

Orders to act against illegal content (Article 9 DSA) and orders to provide information (Article 10 DSA) should be sent to info@ponyagcy.com, marked for the attention of the single point of contact named in our Imprint. We acknowledge receipt, state what we did and when, and inform the affected customer of the order and of their available redress unless the order or the law requires otherwise. We accept orders in German and English.

8. Redress if you disagree with our decision

If you submitted a notice and disagree with the outcome, or if you are the customer whose content was restricted, you may:

  • Appeal to us free of charge for at least six months after the decision, by email to info@ponyagcy.com with the subject "Appeal". A person, not a machine, decides it, and we answer within 14 days.
  • Go to court. Nothing here limits your right to seek redress before the competent courts.
  • Contact the Digital Services Coordinator. In Germany this is the Bundesnetzagentur, Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn (bundesnetzagentur.de). You may also complain to the Coordinator of the member state where you reside.

plugwith.me is operated by a micro-enterprise and is therefore exempt under Article 19 DSA from the obligations in Section 3 of Chapter III — including the certified out-of-court dispute settlement procedure under Article 21. The obligations in Articles 16 to 18, which apply to every hosting provider regardless of size, we meet in full, and the internal appeal described above is offered voluntarily.

9. Transparency reporting

Article 15 DSA requires hosting providers to publish an annual report on their content moderation. Article 15(2) exempts providers that qualify as micro or small enterprises, which we do, so we are not required to publish one.

We publish the following anyway, because a service that hosts adult creators' links should be able to say what it removed and why:

PeriodNotices receivedItems disabledOrders from authoritiesAppeals / reversed
1 Jan – 31 Dec 2026First reporting period. Figures will be published here in January 2027.

Every action is recorded on the day it is taken, in a versioned register kept with our source code — not reconstructed from memory in January. The report will state, by ground, how many notices we received, how many came from trusted flaggers, our median time to act, how many items we disabled on our own initiative under the AUP, how many orders we received under Articles 9 and 10 DSA, and how many appeals we received and upheld. Where a figure is zero we will say zero rather than omit the line.
