Instead of sharing one password, create a login per person under Employees. Agency includes 5 seats, Business 25.
The three roles
- Manager — everything except employees, billing and account settings.
- Staff — create and edit links and creators; no settings, no billing.
- Viewer — read-only, including analytics.
How it works in practice
- There is no invitation email: you set the email and password and pass them on. A password must be at least 10 characters.
- They sign in at the normal login page and land in your account, not one of their own.
- Suspend keeps the person and the seat but blocks access. Remove deletes the login outright.
- Both take effect on the very next request — not at the next login.
Dropping below Agency suspends team access but deletes nobody. Upgrade again and the whole team is back without re-inviting anyone.
