Changing plan
- Billing → choose a plan opens Stripe Checkout. An upgrade is prorated: you pay the difference for the rest of the period, and the new limits apply immediately.
- Manage subscription opens the Stripe Customer Portal — switch monthly and yearly, change your card, update your billing address, or cancel.
- Yearly billing is ten months for twelve.
After a downgrade
Nothing is deleted. Links above the new limit stop serving until you pause enough of them to fit, custom domains fall back to plugwith.me, and team logins are suspended. Upgrading again restores all of it exactly as it was.
Invoices
Every invoice is listed under Billing with a PDF. They are kept for the statutory retention period, so an invoice stays downloadable long after the subscription ends.
Prices and VAT
Listed prices are the total you pay. For EU consumers that includes VAT at your country's rate; a business can enter a VAT ID at checkout for the reverse charge, which removes it. Stripe's checkout page shows the binding total before you confirm.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund?
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which you waive at checkout in order to get immediate access — the checkout page states this explicitly. Outside that, write to us and we will look at it.
What happens when I cancel?
The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free. Your links and their history stay in the account.
